SHELDON Foundation provides one service to the Civil Air Patrol - Blackboard Connect™. With a single, toll-free call to Blackboard Connect™, a Squadron Leader (or any of his/her Designees) can broadcast a customized alert message to dozens of Squadron Members in just minutes!!
Blackboard Connect™ FEATURES
- Rapid Alert Function. Blackboard Connect™ efficiently contacts each member of your Squadron, delivering your real-time alert message in a matter of minutes. Each Squadron Member can be contacted at up to four voice-based phone numbers, one SMS text number, and one email address.
- Telecommunications Capability. Blackboard Connect™ is capable of delivering alert messages to land-line phones and cellular phones REGARDLESS of the provider of the telecom service.

- Currently, Blackboard Connect™ user fees are settled at the Wing level.
